
A calmer way to get mortgage advice
Some people find the mortgage process overwhelming. I get it. I trained as a counsellor before becoming a mortgage adviser, and I bring that same patience and understanding to every conversation.
Mortgages involve big numbers, unfamiliar terms, and decisions that affect your life for years. It's completely reasonable to feel uncertain or anxious about it. You're not alone in that.
I don't have sales targets to hit. I'm not trying to rush you into anything. My job is simply to help you understand your options and feel confident about whatever you decide to do next.
What this looks like in practice
If you need me to explain something again, I will. If you want to pause and think about things before our next conversation, that's fine. If you'd rather communicate by email because phone calls feel stressful, we can do that.
I explain things in plain English. When I have to use a technical term, I explain what it means straight away. I won't assume you know things or make you feel awkward for asking questions.
Some people prefer to meet face-to-face. Others prefer a video call from home. Some people just want to start with a phone chat. Whatever works for you is fine with me.
